Stres-re-leaf

Ahhh...a sunny Florida morning sitting by the pool,
enjoying a blend of oranges, bananas & strawberries decorated with
a fresh orange leaf!
The name, decorating with the fresh orange leaf and even the photo were all created by my son Josh!

Haroseth

Haroseth

This is a delicious hearty dessert that I found in
Dr. Don Colbert's book "What would Jesus Eat!"
We had it at one of our "Sweet Encounter" meetings!
It's a very common dish served at Passover and represents the mortar that the Hebrew slaves used in builiding Pharaoh's pyramids! (page 163)
3-6 chopped apples
1-3cups chopped nuts
(I like almonds, pecans and walnuts)
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped dates
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all together
blend approx 3 cups of red seedless grapes in a high powered blender.
Pour over apple mixture!
